If you work out regularly, try to do a set of 12 reps on the same weight for five minutes.
Do cardio every hour for 15 minutes.
Take a warm-up in a half-court setting.
Set a timer for at least 15 minutes before you begin.
Do five to 10 minutes of push-ups every day.
Get plenty of rest.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat a high-quality protein-rich diet.10.

You’ll have more energy and you’ll probably look better.
The bottom line is that, in many ways, you’re better off exercising than you are smoking.
